SHIPPING POLICY

WE AIM TO SHIP ALL ORDERS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
For local US customers, we are free shipping. For international customers other than the US, please consult ArioseMonde Customer Service, the validity of the shipping address and shipping costs.

All orders are shipped out as soon as possible, usually by next day with real time tracking via "UPS"(United Parcel Service)/"USPS" (United States Postal Service).
"ArioseMonde" does not make up shipping costs, shipping cost is calculated by the postal company based on weight and location. UPS/USPS is the most efficient and affordable option.

Please allow 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process your shipment (excludes weekends and holidays).
Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder and add info@ariosemonde.com. to your safe sender list or email us the name and email you ordered under. ArioseMonde is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.

SHIPPING LOCALLY AND WORLDWIDE
Local orders take 2-4 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-2 business days.
International orders take 7-15 business days to be delivered via Carrier DHL, Carrier Fedex, Carrier USPS or Carrier UPS and we ship within same 1-2 business days.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

SHIPPING FROM COAST TO COAST
Orders are typically processed and shipped within an estimated 4 - 5 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays. All shipping guidelines below are estimates.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA OR HAWAII?
Customers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories can check out through our website and select their preferred shipping method. Orders are typically processed in 4-5 business days and shipped within an estimated 7-10 business days. This also includes shipping via Parcel Post to APO/FPO addresses.
